Summer Stacks are here at The Chocolate Lab.

What are Summer Stacks, you ask?

A hybrid frozen treat served on a chopstick, combining fresh ice cream, layered with flavour and texture stacks, dipped in delicious chocolate right in front of you, and finished with your choice of toppings.

Summer Stacks are a collaborative project between Made by Marcus and The Chocolate Lab, and are available in limited quantities, beginning July 1 only at The Chocolate Lab’s Chinatown location. (202D Centre St. SE)

PB D’oh – Homer approved. Vanilla bean ice cream, with a PB cookie dough (egg-free) stack, on a PB and milk chocolate crunch stack, dipped in dark chocolate. (contains gluten) *weekly feature, limited

Choco-lotto – dark chocolate ice cream, on a dark chocolate stack, dipped in dark chocolate.

Milli Vanilla – vanilla bean ice cream, on a vanilla infused white chocolate stack, dipped in dark chocolate.

Caramellow – vanilla bean ice cream, with a caramel ganache stack, on a chocolate caramel pearls stack, dipped in caramelized chocolate. (contains gluten, can be modified)

Cookies ‘n Cream – vanilla bean ice cream, on a cookie and white chocolate stack, dipped in dark chocolate. (contains gluten)

Hazelnut Crisp – hazelnut ice cream, with a hazelnut ganache stack, on a hazelnut crunch stack, dipped in hazelnut milk chocolate. (contains gluten, can be modified)

Strawberries ‘n Cream – vanilla bean ice cream, with a strawberry ganache stack, on a white chocolate and strawberry stack, dipped in strawberry chocolate.

Mocha – dark chocolate ice cream, with a coffee ganache stack, on a dark chocolate and cacao nibs stack, dipped in dark chocolate.
